Land Lease Rates - Specific Parcels

Quotes are based on $.26 per square foot per year for the East Side and $.20 per square foot per year for the West side with 20% and 40% discounts, respectively.

 
The following Additional Information applies to the current Land Lease rates:

Terms

Up to a 20 year lease term with two, five year options to renew the lease.

Utilities

LESSEE is responsible for all costs of all connections and extensions of utilities from their current locations to and within the premises and all costs associated with the use of the utilities.

Inflation Indexing

Lease amounts will be adjusted annually using the California Consumer Price Index (all urban consumers, all items).
